What if I have low or extremely high water pressure?
If you are experiencing low or extremely high water pressure please contact the water company (480) 982-6030) and we will send a technician out to test your water pressure at the meter as low water pressure could be a sign of a leak or break in the line.

Why is my water so hot?
We are pumping water out of wells with a relatively high temperature. With the water being stored above ground, the actual water temperature does not cool down.

How do I set up new water service?
You can visit our website or Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm you can contact our office located at 300 East Superstition Boulevard, Apache Junction Arizona 85119, or call (480) 982-6030. Whether you call, visit our website or visit in person, you will need to provide your name, service address, billing address (if different), home phone number, business phone number, and closing title company page showing date of closing (if purchasing a home). If renting, you will need the same basic information, plus a copy of your lease, and property owner’s name, address and phone number. An account activation fee of $25.00 plus tax will be charged for the set up of all accounts plus a deposit will be charged based on meter size. Please arrange to have at least one working day before you want the service activated.

The water coming out of my tap is a yellowish / brown color. What should I do? Is the water safe?
Although we strive to deliver the best quality drinking water that meets all standards, discolored water is not generally a health concern, nor uncommon in public water systems. Water discoloration may be caused by several reasons. If you experience these types of concerns, please call the AJWC office at (480) 982-6030. We recommend that you report all concerns about our water to AJWC. Although the water may be discolored it is safe, and meets drinking water standards (see our Consumer Confidence Report). You may run your outside faucet until the discoloration clears up. If the problem persists, or you prefer, please call AJWC for assistance.
