Public Notice - Proposed Budget and Rates
The Board of Directors of the Water Utilities Community Facilities District (Apache Junction Water District) will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-715, 48-716 and 48-720, on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Apache Junction City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Boulevard, Apache Junction, Arizona, 85119, to invite public comment on proposed rates, fees and charges applicable during Fiscal Year 2017-2018 and the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 as set forth below.
The proposed budget is available for public inspection at the Apache Junction City Hall Complex, Water District Office, 300 E. Superstition Blvd, Building D, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays.
Citizens are encouraged and welcome to provide written and/or oral comments and to ask questions regarding the proposed budget. Senior citizens are encouraged to attend and comment.
