Resident Access (RA) will officially go live on June 16th!

We are excited to announce that Resident Access (RA) will officially go live on June 16th!

Please note:
From Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 16, customers will be unable to:

  • Create an autopayment
  • Make a one-time payment (through CSS only)
  • Modify their Customer Self-Service (CSS) settings (e.g., expired cards, update card details, etc.)

This will not impact any existing autopayments that have already been set up.
Autopayments scheduled for June 7 and June 14 will run as planned.
