Experiencing recent autopayment issues?

Dear Customer,

The Apache Junction Water District recently converted all auto payment accounts into our new Resident Access system.

With this transition, we’ve identified that not all accounts successfully migrated. If your account did not auto-draft on your due date — or if you are enrolled in autopayment and now have a past due balance — please follow the steps below:

  1. Make a one-time payment for the past due amount. This can be done online or by calling our office.
  2. Enroll through your Resident Access account. Click HERE for Resident Access.
  3. Verify through your bank account that your autopayment is pulling correctly on your due date.
